Best Ideal time to visit Xieng Khuan is during the cool and dry season. During this period the weather is more comfortable with cooler temperature during this time of year which include lower temperature and less moisture.
Additionally, there are cooler temperature better lightning for photography and more experience while taking in the splender (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM) or late afternoon (3:00 PM to 5:00 PM). The park is less crowded during these hours, making it possible to enjoy a more tranquil experience while taking in the splendor of the sculptures and the surrounding scenery.
